Fred Harrison is a long-time activist and educator on Land Tax. He is the director of the Land Research Trust and the author of many books and articles about the land market and the need for taxation reform. His publications include The Silver Bullet and Boom-Bust: House Prices, Banking and the Depression of 2010.
Stephen Reed was mayor of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania between 1981 and 2009, a city noteworthy for its use of Land Value Taxation. During his tenure the city was massively regenerated and Reed was awarded the bronze medal in the World Mayor competition in 2006.
